Hi, I'm Sophie, a speech pathologist based here in Gippsland.

Language, literacy and speech have always been a passion of mine, not just as things I studied but as areas I've lived and worked in for years. That mix of lived experience and clinical training shapes how I work with families.

I started The Speech Trail because rural and regional families deserve the same quality of support as anyone in the city, without the long wait lists or the drive to Melbourne. I work in local kindergartens through the School Readiness Funding program, and privately with families and NDIS participants who want ongoing, personalised support.

Wherever we meet, my goal stays the same. Helping Gippsland kids build real, lasting progress in speech, language and literacy, one step at a time.
